Intuition and experience are valuable, but #data insights are essential for making informed decisions. Invest in developing a data-driven culture and data/fact/#'s driven conversations. - Foster Continuous Learning & Experimentation 🤸♀️
Encourage teams to embrace continuous #learning, #experiment with new ideas, and take calculated "bets".
(One of the most inspiring "bet" stories I've heard recently is Kay Koplovitz's account of how she helped launch major professional and collegiate sports on cable TV through a bold "contract negotiating" move, that required quick & creative thinking, and the confidence to take a calculated "bet" in the moment.)
